Collaborator of Studio Rosina e Associati, within the framework of whose structure she operates in all areas of professional activity, providing corporate and tax advice.

She carries out her activity mainly in the operations of restructuring and corporate reorganization with particular reference to assistance in the drafting of recovery plans for the resolution of the crisis and in the management of the relationship with the various stakeholders, including the bodies responsible for judicial scrutiny, for assistance in drafting the reporting reports of rehabilitation plans, restructuring agreements and agreement plans, also in continuity of the assistance to the bodies of insolvency proceedings (judicial commissioners and curators); tax and accounting due diligence for the disposal of financial fixed assets.

She also lends her assistance in real estate sales in the context of executive procedures.
